Why does it take a book over 30 mins to grade

I wanted to try another book for the hell of it and was a bad decision!

I may be spoiled by one book, but waiting 30-60 minutes for a game to be graded is terrible. I am also used to customer service answering the phone right away. Today it took 90 minutes for my deposit to get through.
I was curious why I looked elsewhere and was convinced there is no better book than Carib.

Why does it take a book so long grade? Every book should be up to date on their software. It's pretty sad when you know the out come before the books. You wonder who is running these operations over there.

Yeah most games and totals post pretty much instantly following the outcome of the game. The only things that tend to take longer are props.

I use BetOnline for Baseball mostly. They grade pretty fast. Don't see why you're having a problem? After the Pacquiao fight they graded my wager in 5 minutes.
