#6ok, sorryOriginally posted by dwightf23I know that why you think I am on here asking for help
but it seems what you should be asking is how to establish a residential address outside of the US ?
and there's another very recent thread discussing that issue in this forumComment -

#9i think you would have to move physically, not just open an account with another address and then place your action from the u.s , betfair won't allow it and neither will moneybookers allow you to transfer from a computer in the u.s. I don't know that much about computer's so maybe there are ways to use other networksComment -

#11I don't know if this helps, but the verification* in moneybookers can be done in three different ways. One is through uploading funds via a bank account, which has to be in the same name as yours, the second is to have a letter sent to your address with a code that you fill in on the website. The third is uploading funds via a CC that has to be issued in the country of where your supposed address would be.
I put a * next to the verification because that kind of verification only raises your limit of transactions from around €1000 to €5000 in any ninety day period.
But they also carry out random security checks where you have to send in a picture of your passport and proof of address (gas bill, bank statement etc).Comment -

#12Thanks Carloschihuahua I can get moneybookers verified two ways out of the choices that you listed which will be the address verification or uploading funds with a virtual cc but my next problem will be depositing and withdrawing from the account I would still need some help from someone in the UKComment -

#13You also have to pass BF KYC process. If they find you are breaking their rules they'll take your balance and not return it.Comment -

#15My Moneybookers account is currently frozen. For their address verification, they are requiring a utility bill or a bank statement mailed to your address.Originally posted by CarloschihuahuaI don't know if this helps, but the verification* in moneybookers can be done in three different ways. #25I think your biggest problem would be if they decide to make a security check on you, as you will need to send them a picture of your passport, and photoshopping a passport is both very hard and illegal.Comment -
