Bodog Live Chat Fail (Chat History Inside)

So I went to go place a 4 team NBA sweetheart teaser bet on Bodog, (Yes I know most of you call them a sucker bet but I like them) and I noticed a mistake in the info file for a sweetheart teaser, screen shot below, the yellow highlighted part is wrong, it should say Basketball but it says Football instead:

Why do I care? Because all I wanted to do was help correct an error and I clearly explained it in the chat, yet the woman is asking me about what teams are in my teaser and talking about red boxes around teams that can not be placed in teasers.

I've learned this exact lesson before. They don't understand if you're trying to correct an error like that. They deal with degenerate gamblers all day so it's confusing to them when they get a person who isn't trying to trick them in some way.
