    Another money handler down.
    Dear Customers,

You all may already be aware of the fact that ************* has been out of service since November last year.

At this point we must regretfully inform you that our funds and accounts were seized by the United States Government as part of a confidential investigation. We have contacted the U.S. investigating agencies and are currently negotiating with them. At present, ************* is unable to access these funds or return them to you because the money is no longer in our custody or control.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Due to the sensitivity of the situation we were not able to notify you earlier and we do sincerely appologize again for any inconvenience you may have suffered.

We are grateful for your patronage over the years and are trying our best to resolve this issue quickly.

    Best Regards

This is 100% irrelevant. The book still owes you the money. Let's say that you're on your way to pay your rent, when you get mugged. Guess what? You still owe rent! You can't tell your landlord that you were mugged, and the thief has the rent money.

            Not you again...

This is an e-wallet that ceased doing business last November, not new news, and it in no way speaks to the current or future state of offshore betting.

If you are convinced that it is unsafe and unwise to bet offshore, why do you even visit SBR anymore? Clearly you don't bet offshore anymore based on your beliefs... so why are you here?

Stop fear-mongering already. You don't need to give your opinion over and over again.

100% relevant MA'am...They have his money and won't pay him...Those are the facts!!! Better analogy is you give drug dealer in Park $200 bucks just as he is about to give you drugs to you cops swoop in. You get away yet Dealer gets caught and has your money. Cops seize money.....BYE BYE money just like BYE BYE money in online gaming account that is illegal in US....It will not be returned...Simple facts and US Laws...

sure you've got your facts straight Green?

my understanding of the laws in the US is that it is illegal (generally) to run a sportsbook but not to play at one, i.e. the operator is breaking the law but (generally) there is no law against a player making bets

I realize that SBR doesn't want the names of money movers publicized, but this is ridiculous if the processor has been down for half a year..

Who is it? State the name. Put ** between the letters or whatever.

                          Is this discussing G*O*L*D P*A*Y?

                          If not, who?

" Like I have been warning everyone if funds are seized by the US for criminal acts they will not be returned to the players."

Funds were seized by the US for criminal acts in the Neteller case and the PokerStars case.
Those funds were returned to the players in full.

I asked you yesterday to cite one case where funds were not returned , and you cannot.

This thread hasn't even established yet what company is being discussed.

It took almost one year for the funds in the Neteller case to be returned.
It took perhaps 6 weeks in the Pokerstars case. And Pokerstars was indicted for banking fraud as well as gambling site charges.

The situation in the US is not a good one, but you were all over this forum yesterday stating untruths and inaccurate comments, and could only back them up with "Trust me" and "Believe me".

Now you're spewing more unintelligent garbage with your drug dealer analogy and your misstating of US law regarding the offshores.
