    BetOnline issue....resolved!
Ok, so here is the deal, and I am not sure if I have anything to complain about, so here it goes:

On betonline, you have 2 options: big bonus and low vig. The low vig allows most plays for -105 for b-ball and the like, while big bonus gives u a large % of free plays upon depositing and having "max payout" as an option....NOW, this is where things get a little confusing....

I was under the impression that since i had just recently switched from Low Vig to Big Bonus, that gave me access to the max payout option....fast forward to today....

As you can see, the payout is approx 6ish-1 (risk 400 to win 2,588$)

Now, my question was...I thought I was entitled to the max payout with this type of parlay.....and when I did not get the max 12-1 that it says on the betonline review here on SBR, I wanted to get clarification. So, I contacted BetOnline through their live chat service, and within 15 minutes I had spoken to some very polite individuals who explained their position exactly. Apparently, you have to bet with more dog figures than regular plays (so, +120, parlayed with +165 and +190 would probably get you to the max payout of 12-1 ....while my bet of +105 and -110 and -110 did not reach that)

I spoke to James, as well as several other polite and very friendly customer service reps (i had to interrupt our conversations several times to leave the house), and all of whom were more than willing to take the time to carefully explain why I was wrong and the correct ruling.

I am writing because of how courteous and pleasant an experience this was, and how rare that is these days....so if you have ANY problems with BetOnline, they should be very helpful in terms of their online customer service! Best of luck to all, and thank you BetOnline!!!

Those parlay caps they offer suck IMO. I mean find it hard to play there if I can't get full value for parlaying two teams at just +135 each.

I don't play there, but normally your risk and to win amounts would have been given before you finalized the wager.

About them being real nice. Maybe they're just real nice. Or maybe they graded you by the nature of your question, and decided that they wanted to keep you as a client. Regardlessly, their parlay cap is not being very nice at all.

i definitely understand what you are saying, and now I can see that their parlay cap is actually not in the players favor but in theirs....I guess then that I wanted to let people know that their customer service was friendly, and nicely told me that I was incorrect in my knowledge of the parlay cap in general. Appreciate the responses, and now I definitely understand why it is in THEIR best interest to have a cap versus a book like 5 dimes, with no cap at all

The cap comes in to play on the money line dogs.

Here is a live chat session I had with BetOnline about this matter not to long ago:

Ava: Hello. How may I assist you today?

guest: hi, I was wondering if you could explain to me what you mean by "max payout" in this link below with the parlay odds http://www.betonline.com:80/sportsbook/wtypes.asp

guest: just not exactly quite clear on this 2 13 to 5 4 to 1

Ava: Just give me a moment while I look into this for you...

              guest: ok

Ava: We most of the pick are underdogs , the higher the payout would be...

Ava: *when most of the pick are underdogs , the higher the payout would be...

guest: are you referring to moneylines ?

guest: or just dogs in general?

Ava: Combinations of dogs and moneylines..

              guest: ah, Ok

guest: so basically it's moneyline dogs is when the cap comes into play then correct?

              Ava: That's correct...

guest: Ok thats what I thought, but I wanted to make sure of it was all.

guest: Thanks for your help. Cya

              Ava: You're welcome.
