    Las Vegas Books
I'm planning on visiting Vegas in a few weeks and would like to know if anyone can recommend any good books to play at? What are the maximum bet limits on baseball at the major books?

At the M, there is no maximum. Also, if you want comps or special treatment there, they prefer bettors who participate in live betting.

Does South Point take professional action? I've placed some pretty big wagers there over the past few days and they haven't blinked. However the value isn't great on major pro sports sides.

BTW, your cell phone will not get mobile internet in the sports book area. Also if you hit them during peak hours (3:30 - 4:00 PM on weeknights) expect to wait about 5 minutes to get your bet in.

Why is that? On purpose so you can't compare prices??

Bert Osborne's bookmaking is based on watching the The Greek screen.

                    TY Scooter.

I'll look elsewhere for the high liquidity sides.

Do a forum search, you'll get better answers than you've received so far. To help you out a bit:

"M" is part of Cantor Gaming, which also runs the books at Cosmopolitan, Tropicana, and Hard Rock.

The Cal/Neva franchises offer excellent odds on baseball, but I'm not sure what their limits are. You can find these books at Binion's, 4 Queens, and Tuscany.
