I went to check out the rating and see some places that don't have a US flag cross over it. I thought I might try them, but I was told later on, that USA players can't make an account. I think it time for an update on which book is out of the US. I use to look at the rating to see where would be a great place to sign up now it just the same thing and outdated.
Also some book on the rating doesn't have an update from a couple of years ago. If lets say it was a D book in 2007 are they still are D book now even though there is no new information. Maybe a D book could be a B book by now or F, but we will never know. Also B book Shengyidc needs to be updated with the correct link.
Some are not even in business like 100kcasino which is rated F and 1LuckyGambler which is rated D-. 1luckygambler should be rated F by now. If they are not in business anymore they should get a different rating or a rating that say F and OOB(Out Of Business) or something similar near each other.
