John T., a Head Trader at Pinnacle sportsbook, recently did his follow-up interview to the first one he did with SBRtv.

In Part 2 of the follow-up, John answers questions posed by SBR posters about the traders at Pinnacle - how many there are, how many markets and games they are responsible for, how they are evaluated, and so on.

Really interesting...What I'd like to know is if all the "dealers" are sitting their in the office in Curacao, or are they a distributed workforce. Also, what is the relation between the dealers and the consultants?

Interesting series... 20-30 traders? seems to be a pretty low number - I think they work very well on the "market" aspect - basically money coming in move the odds one way or another... and that's why they have small limits on the opening lines - so that market settles the lines as the money moves.
