While I can totally sympathize with your thoughts sir, I also understand the problems sportsbetting is having with there processing woes right now. With all the new U.S. laws it makes it really tough for any book to acquire prompt and reliable outs these days due to all the red tape B.S. they are force to endure.

regardless of rules etc. not being able to speak to someone is no excuss. Being lied to is no excuss. telling me the check is coming fed ex and then not being able to give me a tracking number is no excuss.

I emailed josh here 3 times no response from him or this HORRIBLE book. NO excuses this place regardless of us restricitions should be an F you get on the phone and speak to these baffoons

This page might give you a bit more insight on what you are dealing with.

I know it's frustrating. A lot of times the worst part is that your payout is held indefinitely. They can't tell you anything. Hopefully it helps to know that they have paid all owed players including players that sportsbook.com, who managed their wagering, failed to pay months earlier.

Since they moved away from Sportsbook.com processing it has taken over 3 months in rare situation. Things are relatively under control right now in their processing department. My guess is you have your funds this month. Hopefully you aren't on the front end of a wave of longer delays. We will do our best to get some specifics from Mgr. Greg. Hang in there.

You guys are missing the point you have them graded as a C- they should be a F or F-. One of you is giving them a free pass b/c of the US government. I'm sorry but the US government has nothing to do with the complete lack of communication. For that very reason they should be rated as an F.

Dealing with this company is super painful and its only a matter of time until they are totally out of business and whomever has money in the account ends up with nothing.

Honesly WHY ARE THEY ONLY RATED C-? You company could prevent someone like myself going through this mess. You have no business rating them C-. Thats a passing grade and someone somwhere is going to put money into this firm and lose it you can and still can prevent this from happening.

Ratings alone do not tell the book's complete story which is why we keep logs like the one I linked you to. Unfortunately service issues, from a book that has not cheated anyone, is a very real possibility at C-. Our ratings also serve to inform players who are already playing with the book what type of experience they may have. We reserve the lowest ratings for books that steal winnings and worse, the deposit funds.

Sportsbetting is saying your second check will reach you by the end of the month. I do think you will make it out okay here. Keep us posted!

I've always been paid by Sportsbetting.com but they have recently lost my trust. Waiting since March 31st for a 2,500 check doesn't make me feel too good. Everytime I go to "live" chat they tell me "they will forward this to the correct department", one minute they admit processing issues, the next they deny it.. I just want my money. I've always been polite and etc. But I feel like I'm never going to get it. They've told me they resent it and the next they say they have no idea what i'm talking about.

yWell thank you for working with them to get me a new check. A good friend of mine got another check this week he put in for the money on midnight last Friday and he already has his check.

One question that is very interesting in the email that you send me the dumb dumb from SB said that the first check is void but it will still arrive?

My question is HOW WILL I KNOW WHICH CHECK IS GOOD AND WHICH ONE IS VOIDED? What if they both come on the same day? A day apart? Its so bizare.

I really think you guys are great but a book that doesn't communicate and lies all the time (if you can get them on the phone) should be an F.

I will post here once a week letting people know that all of these books are garbage my goal is to save just one person from wasting time and money.

THe truth is anyone who puts money into this place is getting what it deserves. GARBAGE.

The processor stopped servicing Sportsbetting.com with a batch of checks already out, meaning there are no funds for the first check to draw from. If they do come together we will ask mgt. which is part of the canceled batch.
