Has any player ever been helped by them, after filing a complaint?

In 2007 my poker complaint was settled in my favour against 24hPoker.But after this period they tottally reject any help for players.I lost money in 3 bankrupted bookies-Wauwbet,BetKlass and Stryyke and LGA didnt answer on my complaints(this include by fax and by mail).But black list is too long-Sunderlands,GoldVictory,BetAfterBet,betC hance,betOnBet,CiaoBet,Playbanks and etc...very bad effectiveness and not working authority -my opinion.

they rule 99% in favor of the bookie, during the Betafterbet scam after I filed a complaint I received like 80% of my balance back.
Anyway worst legislator in Europe, anyone wanting to scam EU should get a license from them, greed is the main rule at LGA!!

They accept cash and grant a licence to anyone that wants one. Nothing more, nothing less.

Many emails and a fax about wauwbet. They never replied.

I had to contact them after a bookmaker tried to confiscate money from my account. I did receive a reply for them promissing that they will look after my problem. Finally, i saved my money, but i m not sure if LGA did something for this, since i requested help from other authorities too.

I received a reply to a complaint. Basically they simply repeated what the book said. I responded pointing out the flaws in the argument and they have not replied despite me chasing a couple of times. Useless.

Nope. That case of mine you (justin) said was a slamdunk, they told me to get lost. Goldvictory they did nothing too.


I think it's basically a rubber stamp. Books won't push it too far, it is in the EU after all, but it's pretty clearly "light touch" regulation.

I think all Malta 's books must be closed. If you earn a lot of money over there the only sure is that you wont receive your money.

I've just submitted a complaint against another book for non-paymennt of a welcome bonus. Will let you know but I doubt I'll get anywhere.

If a 96%~ payout is rigged then I guess you are right.
