Reasons for Blacklisting

My blacklist is a place for the most unethical of Internet casinos. Reasons for inclusion on the blacklist include:

Game results are not consistent with a random game.
I expect all casinos to offer a fair game as evidenced by the fact that the cards or dice observed fall in line with statistical norms.

Non-payment of legitimate gambling winnings.
Granted the word “legitimate” is rather vague. I would prefer to say “any” gambling winnings, but many online casinos have a policy to not honor winnings in the case of extremely aggressive bonus abuse. While I strongly feel that casinos should honor their own rules, I want this list to consist of casinos that are significantly worse than the industry norm. Seizing deposits, or prior gambling winnings to the current withdrawal, are not acceptable, and justify blacklisting.

Non-payment of affiliate royalties.
Internet casinos typically pay advertisers according to how many players they deliver or how much those players lose. It is not unusual for untrustworthy casinos to short-pay their affiliates, either by changing the commission formula retroactively in their own favor, or simply to stop paying without explanation. Either way, a casino that can not be trusted to pay their advertising debts also can not be trusted to pay winning players, in my opinion.

Just so you know... Books can send MULTIPLE P2P transfers to payout certain dollar amounts.

All you have to do is ask and if the payment processor is not overloaded SOME books will pay out more than their site. So before you start with another feeble attempt to educate others understand that the books publish on their site general "guidelines" regarding payouts. They could pay out 10 M.G or W.U if you gave them enough names.

IF you ask a payout manager they can approve things like this obviously. The payout rules on ANY books website are their to protect themselves and they can easily pay out MORE if they want to. But I already know... "Show screenshots" of payouts that are 8 months+ old... Believe me or not I know I am not the only one to receive multiple W.U or M.G. payouts from a book in the same day.

This situation hasn't. It's happened MANY MANY MANY times before. The books get the rating they deserve and they move on with their business. See all sportsbook.com brands. Funny thing is... people still play there and people still get paid.

When an industry is not regulated it is always going to be david (players) vs Goliath (books). I will again state I think this situation was not handled correctly. I also think you have to do what you have to do. But by doing so you have all but eliminated your chance of getting paid IMO. Until I see 2+ complaints or payout issues galore or perhaps myself ever being stiffed... the conclusion is the book just does not want to pay you. Like I said before.. it's about incentive. These boards should be used as a tool. In every single case when you run to the boards before something is complete it usually does not go well for the player. It does not mean it is right or fair... it is what it is.
