Not necessarily.

IBC does not (currently at the time when I asked) have moneybookers or really any deposit methods other than wire. At least not when I was going to join. They also said minimum initial deposit was €1000, maybe a bit more, can't remember. And I could only operate an account in euros.

Just e-mail them and they will let you know if you can join.

For me it's a mystery how IBC select their customers. I tried to get an account over 12BET when 12BET was still related to IBC, I asked IBC, but I never got a positiv feedback. Perhaps my betting stakes were not high enough.

Are they still related to 12bet? I got limited there to $25 wagers. If they're anything alike, then IBC doesn't sound very good anyway.
