Just wondering if anyone is in the same boat as me. Requested a 4 figure payout 10 business days ago, via there free method, and still have not recieved it yet. I always get my money from them and bookmaker within 10 business days. They say that there is no problems with their processors, but a little worried they may have some issues. dsi is has same parent company as bookmaker so I would think they might use the same processor. Bookmaker has said it could take up to 15 business days to get a payout right now. Maybe that's it I don't know what else to tell you. Hope you get it soon.Comment -

It took me 28 days once to get a $800 payout from DSI and i have never played there since. You will get it i am sure if that, when is the question.Comment -

Well just wanted to keep you all updated, 15 business days went by and no payout recieved via there free way. So I called them up and now I have to send in a copy of my bank statement, which I really dont like doing at all, but its going to be the only way I am going to be able to get paid. They asked for bank statement because they said the payment was showing as sent from there processor. Talked to them today and they said the manager, wanted me to call him tomorrow afternoon. I was like, why cant i talk to him today, they said he is working on your issue right now. I dont know whats going to happen. I will let you all know. I told them i didnt want to have to file a complaint on sbr, but they acted like it didnt phase them. They have all my docs on file and have forever!Comment -

I think right now many of the US facing books are scrambling to deal with the issues that resulted from the poker indictments. They just don't know what to do. So, I wouldn't worry about DSI cheating you or playing a game. However it may take you a long time to get it resolved. The good news is eventually it will. I have been receiving western u payouts from dsi for the past several weeks...each time i got it within a day...no problems. I requested one last week and got that one as well in 1 day. Guys next time use western u or money gram...it will cost you $135 for $2500 payout...but totally worth it as you will have no tension and will get your money quick.Comment -

You guys have to realize that the A+ books are going to pay you. Period. There is no reason to make a thread if they say 15 business days and it takes 18. Just like any other business things happen that you cannot foresee or maybe they just have many requests right now.
