Underfunded, reliant on one mystery 'market-maker', flakey software, vast majority of their 'customers' arbing on 1% mostly on the same markets as they tend to be bonus scalping muppets. Regulated in Malta because the financial whizz kids were too cheap to operate in a properly regulated jurisdiction - so you're f*cked if it goes bust.

And there's a good chance of that happening. Many small exchanges have found it necessary to cease trading in recent years. Betfair has the market sewn up.
