Who is behind betlatin / winlatina ?

I thought I had found a pot of gold, a book that has dl in baseball and offers book2book and whatnot..

But when I logged in I quickly realized that this was just another BetPhoenix book.... yet they do not have the "powered by..." logo.

What is the connection between them?
