Bookmaker SBR promo not paid...

Just a heads up if you're planning on opening an account with BM via the SBR 20% bonus promo link http://www.bookmaker.com/sbr/?bc=SRBBONUS1&cmpid=2883 (which is also at the top of the forum page).

I signed up via the link, carefully read the T&C's then went ahead and deposited $1000.

24 hours later, still no bonus so i contacted them.
Apparently i do not qualify as i made the deposit via MoneyBookers and not Western U. or Money Gram.
For some reason they decided not to include this little bit of info on their T&C, so be careful.

Had the exact same thing happen to me, even emailed sbr about it, unfortunately no resolution.

Over such a small amount of bonus makes me wonder why they would piss off a customer. Why would customers re-up there after being misled like that?

I have not reviewed the T&C and rules there. If these do not exclude Moneybookers, you are probably owed the bonus.

I now call a sportsbook and get someone other than the schlep who answers the phone to verify this type of info. A+ or not, I've noticed a distinct change in the way books are treating clients and it is not for the better (bettor) pun intended.

Bookmaker has credited you with the bonus, and has requested that their designers update the terms and conditions hyperlink to include the method restrictions. It's relatively quick and painless dealing with A+ rated sportsbooks. =)
