i filed a complaint with a sportsbook,

how do i know if it was received? if someone is working on it? i dont want to contact the book again if sbr will on my behalf. its only been like 24 hours but wish someone from sbr would communicate with me.

its not a "top book" but not a scam book either. ill let the process play out and follow sbrs advise on what to put or not put in the forums at this time.
