    Most times a player gets a CS rep that may fail to pass along the matter to accounting or a higher-up, then they vent on the forum and in the midst of it reveal a number of sensitive processing methods that can in turn lead to more delays. Processors don't like being associated with gaming companies; that's why we ask players to use a little bit of discretion before airing everything and to allow SBR to help bridge any communication gap.
