It happens from time to time. Annoying for us but largely unavoidable to them unless they like to comply with the demands of extortionists. I am just playing at other books until they get their shit together and will politely demand compensation from CS when they get back online. No downside for this course of action for us besides not getting to post up there for a couple of days.Comment
