    Non case sensitive passwords
I know this is a big issue with email accounts etc. but what about betting accounts?

I'm not really sure what prevention/security steps sites have in place to block accounts before anything serious happens. Do they recognize if an account gets logged into from two different countries in the same day and things like that? I doubt they can/would reverse bets if proven it wasn't you? Same goes for sites like Moneybookers etc?

I only came across this by accident but I've reported it two or three times, months ago, with no fix (A+ book)

Even if it isn't much of an issue, surely they would want to fix this as it doesn't really give a good impression?

it's been happening on poker sites for years, Tilt and Stars offer security key generators for high rollers. If you keep your PC clean and don't download torrents with cracked software you shouldn't have to worry about it. You should use a different password for each site. Use something like Lastpass to remember the different passwords to make life easier.

Add an extra layer of security to your account with Full Tilt Poker’s Security Key.
The Full Tilt Poker Security Key is a piece of hardware or mobile phone application that generates a new six-digit code every 30 seconds. Once you’ve purchased and authorized your security key, this unique code will be required every time you log in to your account.
Combined with your Player ID and Password, Full Tilt Poker’s Security Key provides another means of verifying your identity and blocking unauthorized access to your account."
