Hollywoodsportsbook, retroactivly changing (doubling) rollover - thoughts?
Received a bonus a week ago at Hollywoodsports with a 20 times rollover on the bonus.

Now this week when betting a 100$ on a game I saw that my bonus balance only went down by 2.85$ instead of 5$. I have emailed Hollywood and they tell me they change the terms this week to 35 times rollover.

So they retroactively almost doubled the rollover requirements without informing...

That would be a bait n switch. If you send your acct ID to help@sportsbookreview.com we will inquire on your behalf. I'm confident if they did change it, they will put it back in this instance.

My guess is someone gave out bad info and the 20 will be honored.

              Thanks King S

In fairness to them I just got an email specifically to tell me the rollover has now changed and to be aware of that before using any codes I've previously been emailed. Given that they're being upfront about that I'd be surprised if they didn't honour those which had been used already when at 20x.

nothing new, did the same thing to me right when they opened, offered a RO on nice bonus, accepted and when asked for my ro figure tried to change mlb and only counting half on ro.

they did the right thing, but they are tricky if you dont call them on it

Nothing less than very sneaky behaviour, does nothing for a book supposedly trying to improve its image, justs highlights it as another not to put your money in too readily.

Their 20x roll is on the bonus correct?Thats what it was for me.If this is the case its basically a 3.5 roll on the balance.Even if it went to a 35x roll its still a manageable 7x.They still can't change the terms once you deposited

Hollywood wrote us today saying that they have a bug that retroactively changes the rolls and they will manually adjust the rollovers to what was originally quoted. Anyone who has a rollover discrepancy should write to crew@hollywoodsportsbook.com .
