This is a new company from Cyprus operating under Curacao license 8048/JAZ. They offer lucrative signup bonus but before I even had a chance to bet with them I was told I would not get the signup bonus although I had deposited. They said I was non-recreational and hence the bonus was not granted.

how did they know you are non recreational? as when i had a look at their promotion, it was something like you get the bonus after your deposit. also i noticed arbs like
home team 2.07 while sbobet had away team +0.5 asian h/p at 2.09
that wasn't a good sign for me

Deposited 100 Euros here, must have just got in before the terms and conditions changed to not allow U.K. and other countries........ as I received a polite email 24 hours later, informing me the 100% bonus had been added. Cant comment on withdrawals as I bust out but have noticed someone confirming payment received on another forum.

Just because someone offers something, doesn't mean its true. Be glad you got your funds back and move on. No need to bash a shop with such a limited experience. They declined your business as is there right, paid you and moved on. No harm, no foul.
