Just seeing if you guys think I have a legitimate argument against Bodog.
On March 17 I select a team for Bodogs MM Casino promotion. I was skeptical it didnt go through when I entered, it, and because I never received an update email on Monday March 21, as the Terms & conditions indicated I would, I re-entered a different team on March 22 (I think all 4 options were still in at this point)
I received my first update email on March 28th, and it said I earned 395 points, and a 200 dollar bonus so far. It also said if I earn 105 more points Id receive a 375 dollar bonus. I asked last night and a rep told me I earned 424 points, and the promo ends today. I asked one more time this morning to confirm the 424 and the lady tells me I only earned 68 points.
Now all of a sudden they confirm my original pick went through, and that I have only earned 68 points, when every other rep and email has indicated otherwise. Not only is there about 160-200 dollar discrepancy in the bonus amount, but I had to earn those 356 points they arent counting playing Slots and Keno.
To earn 1 point you needed to wager 100 dollars in any game but Craps, Baccarat, Casino Holdem, Roulette, Lucky Wheel and Sic Bo.
Slots earned 2.5 pts per 100 dollars wagered, but I only earned 5 points via Slots.
So essentially I played through 35,100 in Keno, a game I NEVER play, just to earn this bonus, and now they tell me it was all for nothing because it was all reset once I made another choice.
My problems with this:
1.) If this was the case, why wouldnt I be told immediately? Why lead me on for over 2 weeks, with CS and emails confirming Im over 400 points.
2.) If they sent me the email on March 21, this never would of been a problem. I would of known my original selection went through.
3.) They made me play 40,500 in retarted casino games and led me onto believe Im at 405 points. I like casino, but I would never wager this much money, unless Im playing Craps.
