Stay far away for justbet

I signed up on Friday and Ive had the worst experience and its only been 3 days. The customer service is awful. The casino manager is awful. And my account rep Sal is awful. Every one of them said they were going to do something and they didnt. It may be small stuff to some but I believe customer service and your trust in a company is very important.

To start off, I had trouble depositing. I was told if I went and sent a ** I would get an extra $25 freeplay for my hassle. I did so. I took the 90% sportsbook freeplay bonus and the 60% casino bonus. I never got the $25 freeplay. I asked a couple different chat reps and my acct rep Sal repeatedly. They kept telling me it would be in within minutes. It has never arrived.

My casino balance messed up going from 190 to 30 because they screwed something up. In actuality I had a blalance of 297. The casino manager kept trying to tell me my balance was 191. He even sent me my play log. Even though the play log showed what I had won he still called me confused. Eventually he decided to "give me what i want", he still didnt believe me and told me he couldnt do this again if something happened. I have the play log, email, and will show anyone who wants to see. I was not confused and I dont appreciate being told so when they were wrong. After speaking to the casino manager he promised me a free entry to their blackjack tourney. i asked for this multiple time and still have not recieved it. THe tourney is over in 2 hrs and the manager is off until tomorrow. therefore i will not be receiving this as i was promised.

The bonuses are junk anyway, so if are enticed by 150 % like I was I would say stay away. You cant parlay or bet moneylines for the freeplay. The casino bonus u only get the difference between winnings and bonus. And if u dont watch ur balance it will move on you.

Bottom line is the customer service is terrible and the managers dont do what they say they will. Proceed at ur own risk.

Can't say I agree. Although I don't do casinos so that's a different ball game.

CS has always been on top of things and payouts are the best in the business.

casino is a sucker bet long term, any experienced winning player will tell you this

i wouldnt worry too much about the blackjack tournament.. they do one every week and give away entries like nothing.. just call in and ask for dallas. tell him stash sent u and he will hook u up.. tell him sal been giving u trouble. I know dallas personally and he will make sure u are taken care of.

All that bonus and your worried about a stinking $25 freeplay the nerve of some people. And the funny thing is they are a good book that pays that have great bonuses all the time as well as reload bonuses, I honestly dont think anyone here that uses them can agree with u that they are shady. Also keep in mind good luck trying to unlock that casino bonus as its mainly a waist of time, i would work just on the sports bonus.

OP signed up and was told multiple things that never materialized. Experienced bettors may not care about these "small" things but recreational players do.
I think sometimes experienced bettors forget that there are many people who just want to bet $20 on a game and hope to win.

I always steer recreational bettors to betjam as it is setup to facilitate the perceptions that they have.

You might remember me, I'm Nathan, the guy that straighten out your concern and got your payout approved. As I mentioned in previous emails your payout should be good to go by Tuesday.

I also understand that our bonuses are junk (according to your comment) never forget that your not demanded to take such, you can always deposit, play and cash out with no hassles. Recommendation for future deposits (with or without our book) always ask and see if you need to take a bonus, if they say no, then play your own money, win and feel free to cash out with no strings attached.

its about reliability and the incompetence of the company you are associating with. i did not start this thread to gain anything personally. i made this thread to warn and or inform future and current players of justbet.

if u say ur going to do something, especially to entice deposit, u need to follow through. if u tell me the bonus will be added to my account within 15 minutes then it needs to be. if my balance is wrong, you need to fix it and not tell me that I am confused.

And to top off the incompetence angle, this guy sharky, doesnt even know what hes talking about. I have no payout with this book. I just signed up and they told me I cant get a payout until 15 days are up. Never got an email from him either.

jeff i dont think u quite understand how sharky has quite a bit of pull there.. send him ur info and i am sure he will help u out and correct any problems from the past. give this book a chance.. they are a nice up n comer. IMO

I've had an account with a sister company of Justbet {guardian** for quite a few years. Overall its fine. When I've requested a payout it was received in a prompt manner. That's the most important factor of them all in my book. For a small recreational player its fine. Plus they have an option for 105 juice. As for the casino since they have changed the soft wear I've lost. I would suggest other shops if you play mostly in the on-line casino. Plus I can relate to the confusion in the bonus arena. I've learned to keep it simple as their into structure for handling them as gotten bogged down between departments for me in the past. For JefffDane this book has not meet his needs and he should just move on. But I've posted to counter his warning about this company. They not the best by any means but there are some good things offered that could be a match for other players.

Yeah but he wants the good bonus. That why i laugh cause they gave him 90% freeplay and 60%casino(which is to hard to unlock) and complained about $25.

And, according to you Legions, what would be the appropriate amount of money to be cheated out of in order to be able to COMPLAIN?

And I was told the freeplay, could NOT be used on MLB Moneyline's.
