I always get a laugh when people think they've found a simple solution to avoid some official requirement. As though all the regulators are so dumb that they never thought of that and left such an obvious loophole.

Exactly, you would not believe the systems the government puts in place. My client caught for structuring was caught because the computer alerted US Customs to a possible issue.
