I am a customer of Bet365.com, I have 1700 EUR and I wait from more than 31 days to take my money. They told me that I have to wait PVC letter, I dont receive it the first time, that they told me that they will resent it, I have wait for the second letter more than the normal period. Now they tell me that they will resent it again. I wait from more than 31 days.They just dont want to give my money!!!!They told me that I have to wait more than an year but i will not receive my money till I receive the letter!!!

Seriously... while b365 sucks in terms of limiting successful punters pretty quickly... they don't run a shady business otherwise. You should have gotten you registration letter immediately following the registration - if I remember correctly it came within days of my registration. I doubt they'd not want to pay unless there's something curious about your account (I don't even want to speculate).Comment -

I like, and sent them a letter to the PVC, and my documents - all that I have (many different documents) and my pictures, which I, along with these documents, talking on the phone with them 4! times, and nothing! And corresponding with them for a year, and I do not know already what to do!Comment -
Bet365 recently hired a squad of tireless hole diggers because they ran out of storage space for all the money they have. If you are not receiving payment from them then there is some legitimate requirement you are not comprehending or satisfying.Comment -

I just did bets, no spam. This is the first. About my picture. I would send them my picture 10 years before and 2 years before and present - 3 different ones. Nothing. Reason for refusal is not saying, and I understand why - in fact all that they wanted me to them provided they have received, they even do not know what else to request from me.Comment -
been with them for a couple of years,no problem getting paid until recently they told me that money was deposited in account (which clearly wasn't)sent them documents and proof but nothing doing,closed account and left them my remaining balance ....Bet365 has many loopholes which u can exploit!!!Comment -

Always resolve these requirements when you can BEFORE running up a balance. If you must deposit first, deposit small until these requirements are met. End of story.....Comment -
i always withdrew a small amount until they decided to raise how much i can withdraw,i got my balance up to that amount and a little more and finally decided to withdraw and that's when shit hit the fan!!!They had ever excuse in the book!!!Seriously...it was like talking to gangsters,there was nothing doing.Comment
