    Dont use Bookmaker.Com's casino
This is just a warning, if you use Bookmaker.com, only use it for the sports. I haven't had any problems with that and would recommend it to anyone. However, if you value your money, do not go to the casino on that site. On numerous occasions, while playing blackjack, I was not returned the correct amount owed after a hand. On every instance, its always a dollar short. Its probably because most players wouldn't notice this. I sent an email to the casino manager and never heard back.

    NotSoHot,

Fill out a complaint form, and we'll be happy to investigate it for you. If it is really doing this, this is a big deal. Can you take screen shots showing the error?

I think the only way I can do that is to play again.

There is an audit trail of each of your plays so figuring out which side is right shouldn't be too difficult. I personally do not play at their casino anymore, especially theirs. Too high percentage losses both for craps and blackjack---perhaps its the software because overall comparance I have had at least a fair chance at some of the D rated Jazette books. For example, Lost nearly a hundred on $1 line $3 odd passline bets in 15 minutes at BM. Lots of 21 and 20's for the dealer when I have high cards. Probably just my imagination but I rather keep my money. Overall, you will always lose at the casino, especially when it is online.

By the way, I hope we are talking straight Blackjack because Spanish and Switch have different payout odds (1:1) on Blackjack

Yes it is straight blackjack. And I also notice a lot of 20 and 21's for the dealer on there too.

There are 'lots of 20s and 21s for the dealer' everywhere...land based and online. Bookmaker's casino is the best paying casino online. I know many people who have won thousands at the multi hand BJ. That being said, you will ALWAYS lose at casino games in the long run...always.

In regards to you being paid the incorrect amount, they keep a hand history and will be able to investigate. I can't believe that Bookmaker/CRIS would stoop so low for a couple of bucks when they already know that all casino players lose. It's simple math. Not to mention, if they were to cheat players in this manner they would lose a huge amount of market share. It just doesn't make sense anyway you put it.

Youre a hundred percent correct, they are a reputable book. Like I said, "it just probably my imagination" or real bad luck.

Bookmaker the "A" book changed their payoff odds on let it ride. The true odds for a royal pay 1000-1. The "A" rated Bookmaker pays 200-1 or 250-1. They did pay true odds last summer. I guess they just want to f people. True class act from an "A" rated book.

SBR, why would an "A" rated book try to give it up the poop shoot to their customers? It seems like something a "D" rated book would do.
