I just spoke to Chris Davis( Head of Digital Gaming Solutions) ,maker of the casino software for the 3rd time today, his response to me was," I dont know why EZstreet hasnt paid me(cory1111) yet, he told them a month ago that there was no evidence of a bot or cheating while he ran all the casino play". He recommends that they pay me....I want to know why EZ has withheld this information since now?

#4Do you have any proof this happened? Perhaps you can send SBR an altered document to "verify" this claim.Comment -

#5If Jesus suddenly appeared in front of Alex Powers and ordered Powers to pay the 46k, unfortunately it still wouldnt matter. He's a stiff, always has been, and always will be. It is pretty funny though that the head of DGS, himself, has told EZ to pay and they still wont. What a shame there are books like this in the industry that just refuse to pay big winnersComment -

#6This is a specific fact that EZ or Wilheim can affirm or deny. I am almost certain there will be no comment on this issue by EZ or Wilheim.Originally posted by HedgeHogDo you have any proof this happened? Perhaps you can send SBR an altered document to "verify" this claim.Comment -

#7Why do you demand all kinds of proof from the player, but none from ezstreet or their bought and paid for shill over at therx? EZstreet/Shilheim have been caught in all kinds of lies already.Originally posted by HedgeHogDo you have any proof this happened? #8Frankly, I don't believe any of the three parties (Cory, EZ or Wil). However, I find it interesting that Cory has nothing to say about the fraud charges against him. So now I guess we should just take his word that he had this phone call with Mr Davis. Pardon me for being skeptical.Originally posted by KGamblerWhy do you demand all kinds of proof from the player, but none from ezstreet or their bought and paid for shill over at therx? PS SBR, as the only truly impartial party, should confirm DGS' advice on this matter.Comment -

#9I think its a good idea if Justin got this Mr Davis on the phone to verify what Cory is saying, but truth be told, I dont think it will make any difference in the player getting paid. It seems to me that EZ doesnt want to hear from anyone who even remotely sides with the player. They are stubborn in that they dont want to pay big winners. Its always been that way with their management.Originally posted by HedgeHogFrankly, I don't believe any of the three parties (Cory, EZ or Wil). #10Why should Cory comment on the fraud claims? He admits he has done chargebacks in the past. He disputes some of the particular details of allegations against him. I suggested that he not discuss any of that in public, since he has nothing to gain.Originally posted by HedgeHogFrankly, I don't believe any of the three parties (Cory, EZ or Wil). If the parties disagreed on the facts, a party's history becomes very relevant. But both sides agree on the facts. The only issue is what conclusions you draw from those facts.
When I spoke to EZ, they confirmed that DGS analyzed the results, and found no evidence of cheating. That discussion had no mention of bots.
I spoke to DGS myself. DGS asked that I not quote them. I might call again, and ask for permission to quote them.Comment -

#11So if EZ agrees that DGS claimed there was no evidence of cheating or bots, what are they using as the excuse not to pay the player???Originally posted by Justin7Why should Cory comment on the fraud claims? #12As of now, Cory says that DGS says that there is no evidence of bots. If EZ were part of this dispute resolution process, I would ask them if they agree. Their stance suggests they do not accept Cory's statement as fact.Originally posted by pokerplayer22So if EZ agrees that DGS claimed there was no evidence of cheating or bots, what are they using as the excuse not to pay the player???Comment -

I think you answered your own question. I agree that EZ must pay the full 46k in this case, but I disagree where the money should go. I think the Books that Cory scammed should be reimbursed first before he sees a cent. Sure EZ free-rolled Cory, but what about the places he free-rolled? It's just my take on this whole mess, but it really doesn't matter as Wil appears ready to rule for EZ.Comment -

By the same token, shouldn't you be demanding that EZ be required to pay all players who have had disputes with EZ and/or previous sportsbooks with the same ownership/management?Comment -

#15Yes they should pay all former legit claims, but I know this is highly unlikely to occur, too.Originally posted by ScooterHedgeHog - "I think the Books that Cory scammed should be reimbursed first before he sees a cent."
