Need some Bodog help

I received a payout from them via DC which is now looking like a bad idea. I received the card a few days ago and no information was provided. I contacted them and received a pin number but was unable to access funds with a insufficient fund message at the atm. Logging into the *** ***** site, i notice they ask for an activation code which i have never received. I assume not having this code is a problem but customer service claims that the card has been activated. Does anyone here get DC payouts on Bodog that can help or give me advice on how to approach customer service so i do not lose the $500 i thought i was receiving. Thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "thieves"? Can you please provide some more details? Bodog.com has not missed a payout in the 16 years it has been in business and I personally know the bodog brand founder, Calvin Ayre, and all the bodog brand licensees who are all very good people without criminal records of any sort.
