If my experience is anything to go by you don't have a choice.

They will ensure that you withdraw at least $100 via MB first and then $100 to Web$ before you can decide for yourself how to withdraw the rest.

I made almost all my deposits with MB and only made a small deposit with Neteller - after some emails exchange Pinnacle let me make all my withdrawals with MB (told them I do not want to use Neteller ever again).

yeah, in the end that's effectively what I ended up doing by closing my Neteller account and they had no option then but that was one of the reasons i did it because it was proving quite difficult to manage when books insisted that money be withdrawn to where I didn't really want to withdraw it - so best just to standardise on one deposit method

Best to stick to only one cashier method and Moneybookers is the best one for non-US at the moment

your best bet is to ask THEM, not the forum
