IMO a book can refuse service to anyone they want (just like in any business), but if you are in the middle of a rollover, they need to figure out how much of the bonus you get to keep and should let you cash your acct out asap without any hassles. They cant just put you on 250/day limits, which makes you have to keep your money there for another month or two. Again, more ridiculousness by EZComment -

If I were handling this complaint, I would suggest
1. EZ close the account
2. EZ pro-rate the bonus. If he received a $500 cash bonus, and has met 3/14ths of the rollover, I would take back the unearned bonus (11/14th of the bonus)
3. Pay the player, and move on.
I understand your frustration... but EZ does not market itself to be a pro-book like Pinnacle or Bookmaker. This is the recommendation I give in all disputes where a rec-book doesn't want action from a pro.
It's much easier to end the relationship, than drag it on with both sides unhappy.Comment -

When you start screwing with limits after a cash bonus, you should either reduce the remaining rollover by the same factor (in this case 11k left/2 = 5500 left) or let the player go at any time prorated. The book shouldn't be able to extend the expected number of bets to clear rollover. If a book deals US sports and soccer at nickel limits, but the soccer is effectively -150/-150 lines, and you cut the US sports to $1, it's pretty retarded to force the player to either bet for years or bet into stuff he doesn't want to play. This is just the same thing on a smaller scale.Comment -

That conclusion makes absolutely no logical sense. The player didn't sign up under a contract to play only full games towards rollover. If a book wants to do stupid crap like that where it counts bets on different markets differently (hello BetUS), or wants to enforce some stupid percentage-of-action-on-full-games (hello WagerWeb), it should at least be in the rules before depositing. It shouldn't be obligated to take anything, but when it stops taking the action that it's advertised it will take, it can't reasonably expect the player to have to give it different action or to spend multiples of time giving it the same (cumulative) action.
