xstud I was lied to from the get go. I never wanted this situation. The way I was treated at RX and by Easystreet no player should be put through that. My past was irrelevant in this situation ,regardless of what some may think. I was called thing myself. Easystreet could handled this themselves ,they had over 2 weeks. Anyone from Easystreet can denying it,but I am sure they lost alot more than 46k from this situation so far. Easystreet could of ended this along time ago, instead they either didnt have the money to pay or didnt want too. Believe it or not everytime these posts show up they lose money for the sportsbook.

Again, hindsight is 20/20. People have opinions and you are entitled to your own. Both yourself and Easystreet could have handled things differently. I will not deny you are not entitled to something and I will not insult you like others have even if you have insulted me. NO player likes to get burned. IF I was stiffed or I end up getting stiffed at Easystreet of course I will be in your corner.

I am one of many players who had money in this book and had a good experience. This is no different from people that play at jazzette books or people who play at betUS or sbgglobal or any number of books who have ruled against players. Regarding your past it is what it is. The only people that know it are yourself and whatever books were affected.. the rest is all "alleged" information. I just hope in the future you try the more successful approach when filing a complaint... slamming the book from day 1 has them lose all incentive on paying you.

The number one reason why books like to correct situations like this is to prevent bad press.. but when you create threads at every single forum and insult every single person involved.. they lose that incentive because you already gave them bad press. It is what it is man.... if it makes you feel better keep bumping. I just like facts that is all.. facts that are believable. Saying the book is broke or always steals when they have 1 complaint is not FACT... 1 does not mean all.

well when they have no reason to pay me ( because of no evidence or proof I used a bot) in my eyes they either have no money or they make a habit of this(stealing). I gave EZ many opportunities to avoid this situation. It was over 2 weeks of testing before I went to SBR.(ask EZMarvin) At this point when a sportsbook doesnt want to pay you, these are the actions you need to take. They can lose incentive to pay me,but everytime a new player comes to this site and see this negative press about EZ they turn away fast. I dont know who is in charge of the PR over there,but it must be the same person(s) who wants me to initiate an apology.

The betfair issue affected a large number of users. Improper grading and voiding of wagers occurs daily, yet why do those books not get hammered to this effect?

Regarding the bubble gum example. Do you feel it is ok for someone to steal 10 items from wal-mart and then sell them to a pawn shop? again... theft is theft.

In the end we can throw comparisons back and forth. To say "Easystreet will steal from you" is flat out untrue. 1 complaint in 2 years does not mean "They will steal from you" or "They are thieves". To earn that reputation they need a history of this type of behavior like SBR has said many times.

Regarding a players history the past matters to books regardless of what book you play at which is why limiting and players getting booted exist. If you have a history of chargebacks/chasing steam etc. you will experience the treatment you deserve. Does that make it right? of course not. Books love losers... they hate sore losers (********** people).
