I use the sportbook SIA based out of Canada and live in California and was wondering if their was a difference between a book based in Europe or a book based out of Costa Rica.

It's not really based in Canada, it's based in the Kahnawake Indian Reservation--which is in Canada. So you have no recourse to Canadian courts, and every bit as much crooked stuff has happened there as has happened in Costa Rica. UK books are subject to tight regulation and as safe as any in the world, along with those in Australia which are similarly regulated under government supervision.Comment -

I think it makes no difference the locale. I always look to the ratings here at SBR and also to long term posters for their insight.Comment
