most books offer 30-40 cent lines because livebet is hard for books.the book may make a mistake (they may change odds or handicaps lately or their odds provider may give wrong information) and bettors would like to evaluate this.
as a book ,if you offer 15-20 cent lines, your damage would be bigger.
