How does Matchbook refund United States players funds who do not have a CC to receive their under 10K balances to?

I overlooked the MB "how to" email until just yesterday . . . reason for my question was to solicit others' experiences before approaching MB . . . and yes, I have contacted MB many, many times in the past . . . also the amount is small, a few hundred dollars.
