Has anyone recently called and got through to a customer service rep at this company? I've been on hold for 22 minutes and nothing but music. I can honestly tell you folks this company is scaring the daylights out of me. No one knows anything in their customer care dept., their computers don't have accurate info and the fact that I can't get through makes me think they're not going to be around very much longer.
