give me a break, my real first name is David, but i go by Chris, my middle name is christopher. he is looking for a way to not pay me. I said i would change one to chris or david if i have too

My email address i sent to him that i made 7 years ago has Chris as my name and on his contest site where it asks for 1st and last name, i put David as my 1st name because it is and i always put that down as my 1st name.

The fact that my email might have a different first name is irrevelant if you ask me. As long as the account number matches, address, etc.

I'd be surprised if you had a problem with Spooky. Although I don't really do contests, I have dealt with him several times before with bonuses at BetCris/DSI/Bookmaker (both sign ups and special reloads) and never had a problem.

I do alot of work with spooky and can verify this contest is a 100% legit.. It sounds like from the emails you sent him you sent 2 DSI account numbers... Did you write him back and give him the correct one?
