The reports you mention are from the second sportsbook, but since "BetOnline" is also part of their domain name, it shows up under the news results for BetOnline, though they are clearly labeled for BetOnline247.

i dont like them i prefer betislands.com or 5 dimes....betislands.com is a great new site...this sportsbook is also good as well

For the record I found their CS to be great and have had 3 sizeable payouts recently without any hassle.

New guy to the forum, but not to the industry. I run into these guys occasionally. Decent enough chaps in person. They seem to enjoy a good reputation with the local bricks and mortar shops.
