5dimes reduced juice not available to new account?

Hi guys

Just decided to open a 5dimes account, but now I see the lines the reduced juice I expected (per sbrodds) is not there and I'm just getting -110 lines. Can someone explain why?

Do you have an option that says "Reduced" listed near the bottom of each sport?

My understanding is that you can elect either to take a bonus or be eligible for the reduced juice lines.

I suspect you took the bonus ?

If it is the same as when I opened my account, if you have taken any bonuses or rebates you essentially VOID your option to get reduced juice.

I remember that if you take a bonus, you still get reduced juice, but only with $50 limits. At least that's how it was when I first opened an account there.

Tha's exactly what I got. You get up to $50 bets with reduced juice if you take the bonus (progressive 10% every 1 rollover up to 50% total). You can keep getting the bonuses on redeposits (if no w/d's) or you can call or go to chat to fofeit the bonuses for increasing bets with reduced juice. The increased reduced juice applies for bets up to at least $500 (maybe more, 500 is my personal max) maybe more.

You can only change this option once.

Seems odd -- perhaps you took the bonus..... you should have $50 limits on reduced juice.

He's probably not familiar with the layout and the fact that reduced juice is a separate option. It's there for everyone.

True, and sometimes you have to wait till day of game to see the option.
