Is there a way to stop them from calling. I get calls all the time so basically if it's a number I don't recognize and an out of my state number I don't answer.

just call them and tell them not to call you. or block them and call your phone company. change your number is another option

Well problem with having my phone co blocking their number bc they use so many different ones.
