Why doesn't BetED have live chat..?

Even some of the worst books out there have live chat.

Hate sending an email and waiting 45 minutes and counting for a damn reply, especially when their website says how "fast", "efficient", and 24-7 their email clerks work.

While I agree that the live chat feature is very useful to it's players, I do understand why they don't have it.

Why not just pick up a phone and call them Crazyl?

Because I was emailing documents for my credit card.

I didn't anticipate this process would take over one hour, particularly when they advertise how quick and efficient their email support is.

I'm not going to try and make excuses for their slow reply time today Crazyl, however it is was/is a late Friday evenings during the busy time. So that has to be taken in some type of consideration.

Just reporting that I did hear back from them. My documents are approved now and in place for when I'd like to use my CC there.
