Is anyone of you taken real legal activities againt Intenet Bookmaker ?

I have serious problem with Youwin.com and LGA from 3 month which I want to be taken to the court !

I will apriciate,any advice, help or comments regarding this situation.

with them being offshore, I really dont think you can get much accomplished. Im not sure..good luck

What jurisdiction are you in? What jurisdiction governs your account with Youwin? Ie. is it an enforceable debt? Likely not. Likely little you can do. The LGA are notoriously poor regulators, but hassling them has been known to help. Otherwise, complain to the payment processor you used (hopefully Moneybookers), and they might at least get you your deposit back, though I note you're a little unclear on the specifics of the issue.
