Non US - dont know, there are several good options

US - Greek/BetJm, 5Dimes and Carib come to mind as no BS shops. Heritage is good and has a nice guarantee, if you can get in...EasyStreetSports has free *** ***** payments I believe.

Further down the list would be BetPhoenix family (they pay, they are free up to 2k, but can take 14-21 days and you need to ask to have funds removed).

Free, yes for *****, but their other rates are amongst the highest in the industry in my experience. Other than Cris/Bookmaker, BetJm charges the most..I miss the ** days

5Dimes is not the fastest anymore unfortunately (they're my main book so I'm well aware of their current time frame). It's still good, but if you have to get a payout with a *****, right now BetJam is the fastest.
