Simply funds are in that book, why should method of how it got there matter. Now, I have to ask for a withdrawal...wait for that...deposit that ******....then take those funds and deposit and have them cover the fees. Book to book is easier for both parties and if a free play and or bonus is applied then said rollover applies...isn't this the same=book has my money??

Many players are just looking for an outlet to move their money. Your almost certain not to be a player parking his stack of chips for the NFL season.
