also they really dont offer much for bonuses, betjm.com gives me 15% back on losses, which is nice when you lose several thousand, makes the loss a little better

waouh it's really scandalous from such a bookmaker, not paid yet after 2 weeks! I'm having bad experience with Bookmaker.com at the moment too: i'm french customer and i was informed i couldn't continue betting on Bookmaker.com due to the new french law. So i went on live chat to ask for withdrawal (i 'm not able to log in anymore). I asked to be paid using Moneybookers (that's the method i used for deposit and my previous payout had been with moneybookers), but the customer service representative i had on live chat (TONY) told me i could not withdraw using moneybookers but had to use ** ! He insisted i could not use moneybookers and told me i should withdraw via ######### with 65 USD fees !!! I told him i could not accept it and asked for a phone number where i could join the company from France. I was given number 50622107820. I don't know where it is but for sure the person i had on phone had russian accent-Is bookmaker.com russian?. On phone i was told Moneybookers was the only authorised method for withdrawal to Europe, but I had to repeat my call 5 times ! Because every time i explained my situation the person i had on phone told me to hold while i was transfered to the concerned department, and every time after several minutes waiting i could hear: tut...tut...tut...tut.. End of the call! The person had hang up !! I could not believe it ! I waited for hours and went back on live chat, i had that time another CS representative, i asked for payout using moneybookers, and he told me it was ok, he had registered my request using Moneybookers. I remind you that a few hours before the famous Tony had told me i had to use **... Well, my request was registered yesterday, and i hope i'll receive money very very very fast... I can't imagine waiting for 2 weeks as you did Lupas... And that book is rated A+ ??? Waouh... I don't want to know what books rated D look like so !

I received a free payout yesterday that was requested on 2/25, so it took a week.

You can also get these once per 7 days rather than once per month.

Ya if your a big player and your up a considerable amount on a book I dont see what the big deal is with paying for a quick payout.

I mean its like tipping them out a little bit, ya know? Geez us- we americans tip every fukkin body these days- servers, bartenders hair stylists, car washes, starbucks and ive even seen tip jars at fukkin subway! So whats the big deal if you tip a business that you might have won a few G's off of?

Hell if you tip these books out every time you request a pay out they might not even be so fast to limit you if you keep bangin them up pretty hard.

Dont get me wrong- free ones are the best especially for smaller players and it seems to me theres always at least one way to get a free one from most books but I just never understood the people who are winning and cashing out and screaming foul on a withdrawal fee. Not that big of a deal to me.

sneak, I agree to some degree, I had some nice wins, but have been cold since the beginning of the year, down several thousand, and now I am expected to pay to get my money in a timely manner? Its hard enough to win. And when I lose the money is out of my checking account the next day. They made several thousand off me in two months, you think I could get a small win paid in two weeks? Bookmaker was the best good sports book, fast-FREE payouts, now sportsbooks like betjm.com and 5dimes are better. Better bonuses, faster payouts, and free payouts, time for me to play elsewhere. Bet with 5dimes this weekend!

I am on business day 9 waiting for an 5DIMES instant deposit bank payment that I was origionally told would be in my account in 3-5 days, Worst thing is they said they can't start the process of checking until after 10 business days. It happens to all books sometimes.

Why do ppl think bookmaker is a great place its not top 3 its not up there either 5dimes betjam or bodog which have way better payout options and faster for sure i Dnt knw I'm not hating just saying its not a book I would use

Some of the people here crack me the hell up. Bodog? Better than Bookmaker? 5dimes and Betjam are great until you want to get down a decent sized wager once you have built your bankroll. The Greek and Bookmaker are the only way to go for US players who want to get down large wagers.

I make a living gambling online, in my experience BookMaker.com has faster payouts than a lot of their competition. If you browse around forums and online you see A LOT more complaints form people using other sportsbooks other than BookMaker.com. Part of betting is betting wisely, moderately and placing more money on "sure bets." If you do so you won't be screaming for your money to get to you quickly, you will be happy that you won and can relax and think of all the great stuff you can do with the money. That's what I do anyway.
