    Bwin disabled my account
I opened an account with bwin few days ago and deposited some money via Moneybookers that is not on my name but on my friends name since I was to lazy to open my one. I placed a few bets, lose some money and today I tried to log on but it says - account has been desabled? I didnt won no money, I didnt try to withdrawal no money so could be this the reason for closing my account that the Moneybookers accont is not on my name? I have around 300 euros there.

    Thanks for any suggestion.

    hope you've learned your lesson

security and anti money laundering measures simply means you can't do that in regulated environments

I use only MB for deposits and as far as I know the books require your MB email adress to match the email adress used to open the acount ... if this is the case here, it's posible, I guess, that Bwin let you deposit anyway so they can disable your acount and get your money (since you broke the rules) ... I know a few books that let you break the rules and then use it as an excuse to take your money ...

Well, email matches since there is an option with MB to have 5 emails operating the same time so I have my own e mail but the MB account is not on my name and I dont know if they asking and the name to be the same as bwin accounts holder? I think that that's the kase since I've just found out that and one another account of my friend with bwin is disabled that was also made a deposit for the first time on his own email but the MB account was not on his name?

Too lazy to open your account. That sounds a bit strange.

It looks like you take it quite easy that you might not get your money back. In my opinion it was not your money and I'm wondering if your "friend" accepts your money transfer.

Nope, that was my money. I am using my friends moneybookers account for a few months now since I was to lazy to go on with verification and his account is fully verified already so i have my own email and mostly using it to make on line payments to hobbyking dealer in asia. And of course i take it quite easy since it seems i broke some rulles so i cant go argue with bwn.
