I just started using them a few weeks ago and was very unimpressed. Clerks 'forgetting' to mention that If i take the bonus I don't get reduced juice. jipping me on ** fees by only paying 10 instead of 14 and then when telling them jipping me on 44 cents....not returning an email when I pointed out a mistake instead of pounding it. I get the feeling its a very unsavory operation.

NEVER EVER EVER take a bonus without familiarising yourself with all the rules
potentially that is going to cost you heaps over the years ahead

You should call them or get on live chat and ask for Tony. He seems to be a very helpful, customer friendly manager.

They fixed the situation but two of them neglected to mention that there was an option. I think they were remiss in their duty and I think it was deliberate. The place seems very shady.

If you don't like 5Dimes then go elsewhere. For US players they are one of the best.

It doesn't play badly. I agree, though - you have got to be completely certain of all rollover rules before touching a bonus anyplace.

Yeah, didn't explain fully. Using their sports software, stuff is code from the '90s, seriously. You can't be bigtime with an Apple 11e, and they buy bandwidth by the inch.

The poker story was just insult to injury, after dealing with reps who's accent I couldn't understand, and software I could have written, sketchy from top to bottom.

Just hard to believe after all these years of me avoiding them they haven't grown up or changed, but their reputation has.

Definitely not a top book imo.

C'mon Tony stop buying those runt books and INVEST, with Matchbook out and Cris not making betmaker happen, this is your time, your future. Time to be a big fish in the big pond, get out of the wading pool.

Hey they are a great book that u wont have to worry about your doe. Just so everyone knows is they follow there rules to a T and dont change them or budge at all. Just like the other guy said dont take the bonus and use the reduced juice as it adds up over time, well worth the unlocking freeplay they offer.
As for Tony the owner can be a prick cause he feels he is doing everyone a favor for reduced juice and holds u by the balls with it if u complain to him about something. Who gives a sh-it about there lack of poker software as there are degenerate gamblers playing poker all the time just trying to give there money away. All in all a great book that pays everyone, just follow there rules and everything will be no headaches.

I haven't had problems with 5dimes like others have had. Their poker room is soft when it has traffic but you are better off some place else to make money with poker because its def not a top notch poker room. On the sports betting side I haven't had any problems but I am not betting the high limits like others.

I don't get why any decent book doesn't keep up with the latest software. I would think it would be to their advantage to have a great poker room, casino and sportsbook....
