In reading up on reviews on this website, it says that sportbet is a sister site of 5dimes. Does this mean I cannot open a sportbet account if I already have a 5dimes account?

Actually, you can argue they are one in the same. Try logging onto Sportbet with your 5dimes user & pass.
Also, if you do open a completely new acct. with sportbet, you run the risk of having any wager you win on voided, so you are not gonna want to do that.Comment -
