It's been a long time since I posted but I'm not gonna let this one pass. First of all lets enlighten everyone on the full story here.

1. You made a deposit on 2/3/11. You took a 100% free play bonus. You lost the free play bonus and a part of your original deposit.

2. You requested a payout Monday and at 10am you were told that you should have a control number by 4:00.

3. You called at 4 and were told we were waiting for a control number from our processor, you called at 4:30 and were told the same thing and were explained our processing time lines that are clearly stated on our site.

Direct Money Transfers
Direct money transfer withdrawals are processed on Monday and Tuesday only. We need to receive them by 1:00 PM eastern for processing and next business day payment. Max daily and weekly limit is $900.00. One Direct Money Transfer withdrawal per every seven days.

4. You called again at 5 and were rude to my staff and requested to speak with a supervisor. You didn't speak with a supervisor you spoke with me and I told you to stop acting like an asshole to my staff and that you would have a control number by the end of the business day well before the time that we guarantee on our site.

5. You called again at 5:30 and were told you would get your control number when we got it. At approximately 6pm my office called you with a control number, One day earlier then we guarantee on our site.

If you can't wait at least one day for a payout you shouldn't be gambling. That being said if anyone here can find one instance in the last 4 years where I have not paid a player within the time frames clearly posted I will give you 10k.

DC
DC withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday. We need to receive them by 11:00 a.m. eastern for processing and same day payment. Max daily limit is $1,000 and weekly limit is $2500.00. One DC withdrawal per every seven days.

Direct Money Transfers

Express Check

I've never had any problems with rw personally. Always gotten paid quickly, normally within the hour when getting a payout to their DC, its the best way to go.

They've been very kind to me tough i only have a contest account with them presently but i got my contest winnings no problem last time to my ******** card. If im able to withdraw with the cash i bought with points(when i say "able" i mean that i don't lose it lol) then ill probably deposit in there to get a full account.

I personally have received very good customer service from Rebate Wager. I've reported bad lines to 6 or 7 books, and RW is the only one to have given me a reward for that. Live chat is helpful and quick.

With Ganch working on that exchange I wouldn't bet against it. I expect a high quality exchange platform. Although the problem of liquidity is separate from that.
