First off, Welcome to the SBR forum sir

I can't say I'm surprised by this at all, because I've noticed that Bwin does this type of stuff often. Have you gave them a call and asked why they canceled it? If so and you still feel you need some assistance with this matter, please feel free to fill out a complaint form.

      t3,
We will take a look for you tomorrow. Although bwin takes unfair action against account holders they have been very good about revisiting cases and working with Justin7.

Can you paste their email with their explanation?

        Hello Sirs

        Look at their response

        Dear Mr. ...,

We would like to inform you that your single bet "Neil Robertson (AUS) - Nigel Bond (ENG) (Session 2), Who will win the 10th frame?, Nigel Bond (ENG)" was cancelled as the outcome of the bet was already known at the time when the bet was placed.

All late bets have been corrected and the amount have already been transferred back to your betting account.

The game was live on Eurosport International and I have many bets yesterday in other snooker games and a couple of other bets in that match but on different frames but lost!

4/20/2008 12:21 PM Single bet Neil Robertson (AUS) - Nigel Bond (ENG) (Session 2) (Who will win the 12th frame?) Neil Robertson (AUS) Bond
          200.00 2.40 -
4/20/2008 11:35 AM Single bet Neil Robertson (AUS) - Nigel Bond (ENG) (Session 2) (Who will win the 11th frame?) Nigel Bond (ENG) Robertson
          150.00 3.00 -
4/20/2008 11:13 AM Single bet Neil Robertson (AUS) - Nigel Bond (ENG) (Session 2) (Who will win the 10th frame?) Nigel Bond (ENG) CANCELLED
          110.00 4.50 110.00

This was not a late bet and their operator was updating the odds all the time
They are a bunch of thiefs if they don't validate it correctly

Please direct me to some company where could I report them

          This is unacceptable

          Regards!

There's a log of the match here: http://yahoo.eurosport.co.uk/snooker...tc231735.shtml which may prove useful for judging timings etc.

Thank you Santo but won't help me very much

                Hello dear Justin,

We both know I can not have the resources or chance to find a livescore that shows play by play in snooker

It was live on Eurosport International, what more do I need?

                Please help me friends.

I think bwin needs to prove why they voided my bet, not me to them

                Regards!

You may be able to get settlement times of the frame markets from Betfair, or indeed the BF forum may have a thread indicating the times..

                      Here we go...

                      Suggins 20 Apr 10:12
Early Bond Error lets in Robbo who looks calm and focused but has already played a loose shot

                      Suggins 20 Apr 10:25
Robbo goes all out unessessarily and Bonds raps up the frame

                      7-3
I can also from these timing make a fairly good guess at what happened. They were slow taking down the 4.5, which was the intended price whilst Bond was at the table and 30 points or so up, you then took the 4.5 at 11:13 after Robertson came to the table and started his break, and they decided it was a bad price at that point. They probably should pay.

Anyhow the 10th frame ended approximately 10:25 UK time, 11:25 European.

                        Thank you Santo

                        Where have you found that?

time on my bets I think is GMT +1
Snooker starts daily on Eurosport at 10:00 GMT and Sunday they started with Robertson - Bond (session 2) (with frame 10)

                        I bet at 10:13 GMT
                        so 11:13 GMT +1

As you can see I in my printscreen I continued to bet in the next frames shortly and the time between frames is close enough
as they validated my bet as a winner at first, they later came back with the decision to void (maybe too big amount for them?)

Thank you again Santo but I have the feeling I fight I war I cannot win

Betfair forums, there's a thread for most matches so you can get approximate timings from it.

Yes that is something similar to what happened
(I don't speak very good english so I apologize)

but switch the players: When I placed my bet I know Robertson was at the table but missed an easy ball and then Bond won all the way

My bet is good, brother. But they void because they just can!!

Please help. This is scamish activity

Today they changed my bet back to a winner! Unbelievable.

I also received an e-mail with a wired explanation but in my native language

I want to thank Santo and the crew of SBR for their intervention.

                                    Bwin stealing players winnings

All I can say don't bet on Darts at Bwin!

This shit ass bookie will cancel your winning bets.
Here is another canceled bet, 11 hours after the bet was won.

Look at the time they decided to void cancel my winnings

Time on my account is CET
I placed my bet at the start of the game, at 0-0 !!!
They voided my bet after finish , after Phil Taylor & Colin Osborne played 18 legs. After the result.
No explanation! No reason whatsoever. Can you see motivation, any factor that they have the right to void this bet??

Shit scam bookie! This is pure scam activity!

                                    Shame, shame, shame!!
